The clinic is conveniently located at Poplar Ave. and I-240 in Memphis, Tennessee. From I-240 take the Poplar West exit. From Poplar, turn south on Brookfield, which borders the west side of the Olive Garden Restaurant. Take an immediate left off Brookfield onto West Rex Road. Our office is the 5th building on the right, 1069 West Rex Road. Our reception area is on the first floor.

Our clinic has private examination rooms with on-site X-ray, and the Insight Discovery computerized testing room, as well as consultation, treatment, and therapy rooms.

Upstairs, we also have suites of massage therapy rooms with a separate waiting rooms for you to unwind in a spa like environment with a waterfall, candles and soft music.

Our mission is to provide effective, life-enhancing wellness care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors, including pregnancies. We partner with our patients to help them recover from current acute injuries or chronic health problems, but we also to encourage long-term lifestyle habits. Dr. Ken Clenin, DC, CCRD, CCRS

Dr. Clenin has owned the practice for twenty four years. He has advanced training in Gonstead techniques, but incorporates many disciplines according to the patient's needs. He continues to update the services of the clinic by incorporating new therapies and techniques that he learns in seminars and training sessions that he attends every year. He is particularly skilled in helping people injured in automobile accidents, those injured at work, athletes with sports injuries, or people who have chronic pain. Many patients come to us as a last resort, finding relief for their pain and the ability to return to a productive and healthy life. In December 2007, Dr. Clenin was recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) for his superior care for patients with back pain. He is currently the only Mid-South physician recognized by the NCQA Back Pain Recognition Program.

Dr. Allison Bomar-Hymong, DC

Dr.Bomar has studied several chiropractic disciplines and treats patients according to their specific needs. She has allowed the clinic to extend our hours to Saturday mornings to better serve our patients. She has assisted hundreds of patients discover the relief of pain, better health and productive lives. She often does spinal screenings for local company health fairs and helps people to understand the benefits of chiropractic care. At the Health Fairs, she does free preliminary spinal screenings using the Insight Discovery and provides the participants with a print out of their spinal health.

Lisa Shelter, LMT, Tennessee Licensed

Certified Trigger Point and Myofacial Therapy
Lisa is trained in a variety of massage techniques: myofascial release, accupressure, trigger point therapy and reflexology. She has been working with chiropractors for over 20 years and has worked with Dr. Clenin for over 10 years. She consults with Dr. Clenin and Dr. Bomar to coordinate treatment plans to speed the recovery of our patients.

Trish Greer and Bernard DeSeck, LMT, Tennessee Licensed

Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage and Structural Integration
Trish and Bernard come to Total Health with many years of experience in helping their patients by using deep tissue massage, accupressure, and stetching of muscular tissue. Their massage methods are a natural extension of chiropractic care which aligns the spine to achieve balance and reduce nerve interference throughout the body. Both Trish and Bernard coordinate with Dr. Clenin and Dr. Bomar in order to focus on the appropriate areas and promote healing.
